Searching Water:
The story starts from a hot summer day when a crow was very thirsty. The crow flew here and there in search of water. He flew over houses, fields and trees but he could not find any water. He felt very weak, almost lost all hopes. After a long time he came across a garden. At last he saw a pitcher in the garden. There was a very little water in that pitcher. The intelligent Thirsty Crow tried to reach the water but he was not able to drink the water so because as the neck of the pitcher was very narrow. He then tried to push the pitcher down for the water to flow out but the pitcher was too heavy for him.
Throwing pebbles in water:
The crow thought hard for a while. He wandered here and there. The clever crow saw some pebbles nearby. He thought of a plan. He started picking up the pebbles one by one, dropping each in to the pitcher. As more and more pebbles filled the pitcher the water level kept rising. The hope of the crow is awakened. Soon it was high enough for him to drink. His plan had worked. He drank the water and flew away happily.
This Fable of their intelligent crow gives us a lesson of life. For the survival of life the crow worked hard, he wandered here and there in search of water and made a strong plan when the mouth of the pitcher of water was narrowed. As a result we should learn from this wise crow story that we should worked hard in life for survival. As this crow struggled hard to alive we should make all efforts to live long.
