Throne of the Queen of Saba:

The incident of Hazrat Suleiman A.S and the Queen Shaba is mentioned in Surah Namal in the Qur’an. The incident is as like this. One day, through hoopoe bird (Hudhud in urdu), Hazrat Sulyman (peace be upon him) received information about the country of Saba in Yemen, which was a sun worshiper. Shaitan had led him and his people astray. Hazrat Sulaiman sent a letter to the Queen Saba through hoopoe. Hoopoe dropped this letter in the lap of the Queen of Sheba(Bilkees) when she was resting in seclusion. No one could know who brought the letter and at what time it was given. The text of the letter was something like this. ‘This letter begins on behalf of Sulymon and in the name of Allah. Who is the Most Merciful. You should not show arrogance and arrogance towards us and you should come to me in obedience to God.”

After reading this letter, the Queen Saba consulted her court princes according to their traditions. The princes said that we are the owners of great fighting power and strength. We do not need to be intimidated by Sulaiman (peace be upon him). However, he entrusted the decision-making authority to the queen, so we agreed to whatever decision the queen made. The queen was well aware of her strength and power, but the way Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) delivered the letter to her made the queen forced him to think and he, intending not to make any decision hastily, sent gifts to Sulayman (peace be upon him) in the hands of a few messengers. One of the purposes of sending the messengers was to correctly estimate the strength and majesty of Hazrat Sulaimon.

Transfer the throne of queen’s saba:

When the messengers reached Hazrat Suleiman A.S. He said that you have completely misunderstood my instructions. My order should be obeyed and these gifts should be taken back. You can’t fool me with these gifts. If you do not obey my message, I will come to the country of Saba with a great army. You fail to defend yourself and you will be expelled from the city. The messengers went back and narrated all the incidents of how in the court of Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) even the jinn and the animals obeyed his orders. Queen Saba was not obstinate and obstinate. Instead of putting himself and his people to death, he decided to obey the order of Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him).

Hazrat Sulaiman came to know through a revelation that Queen Saba was attending his service. He asked the people present in his court that who could bring the throne of the Queen of Saba before her arrival. A deva said that I have the power to bring the throne before this court is dismissed and I will not betray any of my precious goods. Hearing this giant’s claim, a minister of Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) said, “I can present this throne here in the blink of an eye.” So, Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) turned his blessed side and looked and found the queen’s throne present.

Accepting the Islam of the Queen Balqees:

After some time, the Queen of Saba reached the service of Hazrat Suleiman A.S. When Queen Saba appeared at the court, she was shown her throne. He said it is like my throne. Queen Saba said that I have already come to know about your strength and power, so I have come submissively and obediently. Until now, the queen had expressed her obedience to Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him), while Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him)’s goal was to make her obedient to Allah, so he built a magnificent glass palace with the help of the jinns, which is beautiful in its splendor and decoration.

The decor was beautiful. It had a magnificent cistern and a polished floor next to the cistern. It looked like water was flowing on the floor. Queen Saba was asked to stay in Qasr Shahi. The queen had to pass through the courtyard for it. While passing by, the queen thought that there was water in the courtyard. He lifted his garment up to his ankles so as not to get soaked in the water, he was told that there was no water in it but it was a reflection of the tank. It was a beautiful insult to the Queen’s delicacy. Such things made him realize that these things were actually bequeathed to Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) by another (Allah) and Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) was inviting him to recognize and acknowledge his (Allah). The queen was ashamed and believed in Allah Ta’ala.

Two women and their children:

Once upon a time. Two women were traveling and each had a child in her lap. The child of one of them was taken away by a wolf. Now the two women started quarreling over the second child (each of them called it their own). You decided in favor of the elder woman who had custody of the child and no one could present evidence. (It is mentioned in Bukhari and Muslim.)

Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) asked him about the situation, he narrated the whole story. After hearing this, you ordered that I should bring a knife and cut this child into two pieces. The younger one (seeing the readiness) asks if you will really cut it. you said yes. She said you don’t cut, I give my share to him. Hearing this, he decided that this child belonged to the younger one and gave it to him.

A beautiful incident of the life of Hazrat Dawood:

One day, two people came to the service of Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him). One of them was crying and telling about his situation that this man has wronged me a lot and also ruined me. His flock of goats entered my field. And immediately she licked all the fields. I have ruined my tender and ripe harvest because of his carelessness. Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) asked the next person to go ahead. When that person came forward, Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) asked the goat herder if this man from the fields is telling the truth. But why didn’t you stop the goats?

The person with the goats said, O Prophet, peace be upon him, I stopped the goats, but the herd was very large, and he could not stop it. Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) said, “Do you believe that all the damage was caused by your goats?” He replied, “I believe.” The price is as much as the loss of the farmer and all these goats should be given to the farmer. So that he does not suffer any loss. And the careless person will also be punished.

Justice of Hazrat Suleiman a.s:

Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) sat down. He looked at his son Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him). At that time, Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) was 12 years old. Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) said, Baba Jan, you have made a very good decision, but Baba Jan, it can still be a herd of goats, isn’t it? should be given to the farmer. so that he may profit from the milk and hair of the goats, and the goat-owner may be asked to work in his fields, when the new crop is ready in the field, the goat-man. His flock of goats It will be found in this way, neither the goat owner nor the farmer will be harmed. Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) liked this decision very much. The kingdom of Hazrat Dawud (peace be upon him) was spread in Syria, Iraq and Palestine.

A Rebellious jinn incident:

Apart from humans, Hazrat Suleiman a.s rule was also over jinns, birds and animals. Sulaiman (peace be upon him) captured a rebellious jinn and called him. He reached his door, he took a piece of dry wood, measured it to the size of his hand, and threw it over the wall. Fell in front. What is it you asked? You have been informed that this person has committed this act. He said (to those present in the court) that you understand what is his purpose with this? but everyone refused. He (a.s.) said that he has indicated that now you can do whatever you want, just as this tree grew out of the green earth and then dried up and became lifeless, there will come a time when the same thing will happen to you in front of me.

The death of Hazrat Suleiman A.S

The story of the death of Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him) is as follows:

Hazrat Suleiman A.S ordered a group of jinn to build the first Qibla (Bait al-Maqdis) of Muslims, and the jinns started building it. Bait al-Maqdis was still under construction. A man suddenly entered the room of Hazrat Sulaiman (peace be upon him). Upon seeing this man, he (peace be upon him) asked, “How did you come in?” Have you taken permission? But this man said that I have come with permission.

He (peace be upon him) inquired from whom the man had come with permission, and the man responded, “So I came with permission from your master.” Upon hearing this, he (peace be upon him) realized that this was not an ordinary person; rather, it was the Maalik-Ul-Mout (angel of death) whom Allah Ta’ala had sent to capture his soul. Simultaneously, Hazrat Suleiman emerged, leaning on his staff. At that moment, he fervently supplicated to Allah, saying, “O Allah! Keep me in this state until the construction of Bait al-Maqdis is completed after death.” Allah Ta’ala accepted his prayer. So, Malik Alamut seized your soul and you (PBUH) remained standing in that state.

Acknowledgment about the death of Hazrat Suleiman A.S:

Despite their colossal size, the giants persisted in believing that they were alive and watching. They tirelessly continued their work day and night until the construction of Bait al-Maqdis was completed. Upon completion of the construction of Bait al-Maqdis, Allah Almighty created a worm called Ghun on the staff of Hazrat Sulaiman, as mentioned in the Qur’an. When we decreed their death, that only the gnat (worm) knew of their demise, for it had consumed their staff. Now the worm called Ghan started eating the staff of Prophet (peace be upon him) until it hollowed out the staff and he (peace be upon him) fell down. When the jinn saw this, they knew that you, peace be upon him, had left this world.
